This year artKitchen presents the new work of Hugo Kaagman in collaboration
with Laser 3:14. These Amsterdam sited street-artists have found each other
artistically and are presented together in the engine room, next to the ‘wrapping up’
desk at the AAF. Kaagman is one of the best known street artists of Holland.
He is Hollands inventor of stencil art and just finished a oeuvre book about
his work since the seventies. During the fair this book can be ordered at the
desk of artKitchen. Laser 3:14, the street poet of Amsterdam, also released
a book at the same publisher which we sell too.
The work of Cedric Laquieze is also presented by artKitchen. He finished the Rietveld Academie
this summer and makes beautiful new creatures of insect parts under a glass bell. His work is a
new form of organic art, a creation between fiction and reality.
